dc.description.abstract | Two tasks need to be completed in order to generate a surplus. The feasibility and difficulty of the tasks is ex ante unknown. This paper studies the optimal way to tackle these tasks and how this will differ from the way two partners with task specific skills and no commitment would organize the work. The no commitment solution might be associated with higher probability of partial success. | |
